This year we will see a qualitative upgrade of the Iranian folk Music Festival

The Director General of Kerman culture and guidance office whois hosting the 4th Folk Music Festival of Iran in this province, explained about hosting the 12th festival of the festival.

Mohammad Alizadeh also explained: This year the regional music festival will be held in the “Week of Unity” in Kerman from November 4-5 and it is a proper time for this event.
For this reason, we have planned in Kerman province for this time and given that the festival is going to be held in autumn, we planned to have performances in public and public halls and possibly in historical areas of Kerman including Ganj Ali Khan Market and Bath.
He added that the research department will also have their own programs and we are also planning for city performances, which will probably be performed by selected groups in the ten cities of Kerman province.
Our assessment is that this year’s festival will have better quality towards previous years.
The 12th Iranian folk Music Festival will be held in a national rang and Non-competitive way in Kerman, Iran on November 7-10.
